The year-long Robotics Club provides middle school students with the opportunity to design and build robots to play against other New England teams in a game-based engineering challenge. The Robotics Club will serve as a foundational program for the Salem High School US FIRST Robotics team. The mentor is critical to the success of the team. The mentor will work with students weekly throughout the school year in designing and building robots for the specific game challenge and preparing for competition. This program provides great opportunity for students who are interested in robotics and systems and aspire to work in STEM fields.
