Veterinary Technician

Amazing full-time Veterinary Technician needed to join our incredibly talented team at Best Friends Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel in Fayetteville, AR

Schedule: This full-time position is 30-40 hours and typically 4 day, 10-12 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays. Must be available for on-call occasionally.

A day in the life of our veterinary support team:
Essential duties include providing compassionate care to patients and clients, taking detailed history, drawing blood, placing IV catheters, in-house diagnostics, and surgical monitoring.

· Ability to work with fractious pets calmly and safely

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as multi-tasking ability.

· Reliable and flexible

· Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

· Must have minimum one year of clinical veterinary experience
