Our services include acupuncture, therapeutic laser, behavior training and consultation, dentistry, advanced ultrasound imaging, reproduction, echocardiogram, and orthopedic care. Assist doctors with exams, treatments and procedures.

Venipuncture and IVC placement

Administer SQ fluids, medications, etc.

Work in conjunction with all technical staff across the hospital to ensure hospitalized patients are receiving the best possible care and communicating frequently with the team.

Recognize subtle change in clinical status.

Discharge instructions with clients when they are able to bring their furry family member back home with them.

Complete estimates, basic record keeping.

Surgical preparation and assisting.

Anesthesia monitoring.

Dentistry.

Requirements: Must have a current Veterinary Technician license in the state of Idaho or eligible to transfer/obtain a license in Idaho. Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a general practice. Fear-Free certified a plus but a sense of humor is a requirement.

Schedule : Full-time opportunity, 4/10's, one weekend per month. Open 6 days a week. M-F 7:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:00am-3:00pm and no after hour emergencies or call shifts.

Compensation : Starting at $22 - 25 / hour. Pay dependent on experience and licensure. 2-weeks paid vacation, CE benefits, and professional development being offered. Relocation Assistance available for the right candidate.
