The Animal Hospital at Thorndale is a progressive small animal hospital that provides both general practice and board-certified specialty care. As Veterinary Practice Manager, you would be at the heart of our practice, helping to strengthen our team and establish our hospital as a leader in the community.
Basic Job Description
Veterinary Practice Manager will:
● Lead our team, promote morale and establish an environment of passion, dedication, and pride
● Oversee day-to-day procedures
● Assist in financial matters, budgeting, inventory, marketing, personnel matters, and facility management decisions
● Promote the Animal Hospital at Thorndale including our general practice, our doctors, and our specialty services
● Recruit new staff
Qualifications
A successful applicant for this position must be:
● A strong leader, prepared to act as a role model for staff regarding work ethic and dedication
● A capable multitasker with an understanding of day-to-day efficient workflow
● Highly organized
● A strong communicator with both our staff, our clients, and the general public
● Capable of resolving conflict
● Enthusiastic and proactive about strengthening the culture of the Animal Hospital at Thorndale as well as helping to establish it as a leading animal hospital in the area
● Possess pertinent financial skills
Desired Education and Experience
● Minimum of 3-5 years of veterinary experience
● Minimum of 3-5 years of direct management experience
● Certified Veterinary Practice Management (CVPM) accreditation is a plus

Pay: $66,500.00 - $79,000.00 per year
