Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our esteemed ophthalmology veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service to both our clients and their beloved pets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Schedule appointments and surgeries
- Assist with client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Compassion for animals and dedication to their well being
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling a plus
- Strong ability to work in a team environment; provide support to team members and work holistically and harmoniously towards the same goal
