Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our esteemed ophthalmology veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service to both our clients and their beloved pets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments and surgeries
• Assist with client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and procedures
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Compassion for animals and dedication to their well being
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling a plus
• Strong ability to work in a team environment; provide support to team members and work holistically and harmoniously towards the same goal
