SalaryRosehill Veterinary Clinic is a long established, privately owned, well respected practice in Tomball, Texas. We are seeking an experienced (1 yr minimum) veterinary medicine client services representative to join our team. Familiarity with Neo software is a plus. As the face and voice of the practice, this position is the first contact for our clients. The job requires multitasking to include:
Greeting customers and answering phones
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Placing calls for follow ups
Invoicing, presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
Recommending products and services and answering questions on general animal care
Managing medical records and input of medical history
General inventory management and light cleaning of shelving

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
