Tracy Veterinary Clinic is seeking an associate to join our team in Tracy, CA. We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time doctor with the option of Part-time, surgery only. We have served the Tracy community for over 65 years as a GP SA practice.

A doctor with 1+ years of experience. A doctor interested in a customized schedule and area of focus: either full-time or part-time work, surgery only available for part time as well. Someone that values a team with tenure and excellent skill.

What to expect at our hospital: Currently 1 Doctor practice (due to our owner's retirement) but ideally a 2-3 Doctor practice. 4 Techs total - 2 RVTs, one Tech in school for RVT, and one non-RVT Tech who has a controlled substance permit (very long-term staff in general) 3 of our 4 Techs do dentals and our Techs/CSRs are empowered to do cost estimates.

Dog/cat only and loyal clientele with lots of generational clients. 3 exam rooms; with an area for patient walks, 2 dentistry tables; 1 surgery suite- Recently purchased pure oxygenation machines, up to date dentistry equipment with high speed drills, extraction equipment, digital dental x-rays and digital body x-rays; linked to Idexx Electronic Avimark Records You have the say in your day's capacity: drop offs, urgent care and ER needs are left to doctor's discretion. Compensation That Values You Pro-Sal compensation model with a base salary plus competitive production.

Part-time base compensation range would begin at $70k and up, in line with experience and number of shifts per month. Number of shifts can be flexible. Full-time base range to be $120-150k, based on experience.

Skills and Basic Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program About Tracy and Lathrop, CA: Tracy is a commuter community for the Bay Area, but without the traffic. You can be close to the action without the crowds, and be a little closer to Yosemite National Park and awesome hiking, lakes, etc.
