Job Overview:
As a Veterinarian Account Manager at Wimba, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers, with a primary focus on veterinary clinics. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our valued clients. You will work closely with veterinary professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and goals and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a proven knowledge in the veterinary market in independent roles and a passion for animal warefere and helping our customers with flawless communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with veterinary clinics and other key stakeholders.
- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, explaining our product and ordering system.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients, making them feel comfortable and confident with our solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges to develop customized success strategies for each veterinary clinic.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and potential upsells.
- Provide training sessions to veterinary professionals, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the WimbaAppn and orthoses. Offer ongoing support and assistance to customers, resolving technical issues or concerns promptly.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable feedback to improve our products and services continually.
- Track and analyze customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Attending vet events among the States and representing Wimba company.
Requirements:
- Zoology, Vet Tech, or Pet Physiotherapist diploma/certificate.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems or a tech enthusiast.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently, taking ownership of customer success initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing (Please specify what they are developing).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a startup environment; comfortable adapting to change.
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of the veterinary industry or experience working with veterinary clinics is a plus.
