Private Concierge Nursing – One-on-One Care

About Us:
Broad Street provides premium, customized care services for seniors who wish to remain independent. Rather than provide the standard somewhat commoditized home care and home health services, we incorporate a unique model that integrates Patient Advocacy into the service. This allows us to transcend the continuum of care and seamlessly connect the clinical plan of treatment with the delivery of Care. This ultimately produces demonstrated outcomes that improve the efficiency and efficacy of the overall Healthcare System. Not surprisingly, Broad Street excels in supporting clients with complex, underlying health conditions where we can deliver the most benefit. This includes Parkinson’s Disease and other Movement Disorders, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Stroke Recovery and Rehabilitation, and Cancer Care.
