About The Role
Tire Agent is looking for a Supplier Relations Coordinator to help the business achieve aggressive growth goals in 2024 and beyond. The Supplier Relations Coordinator will be responsible for leveraging relationships with vendors in order to build value and profitability for Tire Agent. In this role, you will develop and manage existing supplier relationships, as well as identify new supplier opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage strong strategic relations with key suppliers and business partners to reduce cost and improve capital efficiencies.
- Enhance supplier relations by actively engaging with each supplier on the monthly and/or quarterly basis.
- Analyze, identify and negotiate cost reduction opportunities with new and existing suppliers based on price.
- Generate reports through Looker and manually using Excel (Google Sheets)
- Work closely with the Product Catalog Supervisor to understand product mix, product availability, and competitive pricing as it evolves throughout the year.
- Frequently communicate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on promotional opportunities in order to grow the business.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, writing & customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly proficient use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, Microsoft BI or similar software

Salary: 50-65k
