- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Vendor Manager to oversee all aspects of vendor management within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vendor relationships, contract management, cost savings initiatives, and vendor performance evaluation.

- Manage relationships with all vendors and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Monitor contract expirations and details, and lead contract negotiations for renewals or new agreements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in vendor relationships
- Handle escalations and resolve issues with vendors in a timely manner
- Track and manage vendor expenses, working closely with the Accounts Payable team to allocate funds appropriately
- Collaborate with IT expense analysts to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of vendor expenses
- Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and prepare reports on vendor performance
- Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote), Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively
- Work closely with the Procurement team to align vendor management strategies with overall procurement goals
- Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to evaluate vendor performance
- Understand how to grade or evaluate vendor partners based on key performance indicators
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in vendor management or a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with vendor management software and tools
- Certification in procurement or vendor management is a plus
