Shift and Schedule
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday
- 6 am - 4 pm workday
- Flexibility to work additional hours
- Local routes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pickup stock or pre-packaged kits from the warehouse including beverages, snacks, food, or pastries, and load product into an assigned vehicle and drive to a customer location according to an established schedule;
- Remove outdated and damaged products, fill the vending machines to the established inventory levels, collect cash and refill coin mechanisms and bill validators to set levels;
- Fill machines with the required machine planogram, or other merchandising program;
- Perform routine machine cleaning and sanitation, and report any improper machine operation;
- Record service details on the appropriate forms or software provided by the Company;
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments on machines, such as the removal of bent coins, replacement of display lights, or other interchangeable parts;
- Engage politely and respectfully with customers at machine locations, resolve or report customer complaints and machine malfunctions;
- Maintain security of cash and property by locking unattended vehicles, securing funds until returned to the warehouse, and securing keys at the end of your shift as directed;
- Unload and clean trash from the delivery vehicle, perform daily vehicle operative checks, and report vehicle problems to the Company;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform the job safely while adhering to all safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Experience with driving a 16ft box truck;
- 21 years of age or older, or 2 years of delivery and customer interaction experience;
- Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly;
- Ability to complete routine reports and to speak effectively to clients, customers, and employees;
- Ability to solve problems independently.
