Assist production team in the installation of aftermarket accessories onto fleet and commercialized vehicles.
Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM with potential mandatory overtime.
$18.50 per hour, negotiable depending on wiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic power tools, drilling, riveting, and fastener installations.
- Assemble and install sub-assemblies into new fleet vehicles according to customer specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Adhere to all company work rules and policies, including safety rules, by properly using all entrusted equipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Post high school coursework or relevant on-the-job experience preferred.
- Prior warehouse production or automotive mechanic experience required.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, lubrication schedules, and engineering specifications.
- Capability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.), bending, standing, climbing, and walking.
