Vehicle Security Patrol

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our Clint's and thier properties.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment

- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems

- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including medical situations

- Perform regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents by addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

Skills:

- First Aid and CPR certification

- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable

- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle conflicts or difficult situations
