Job description

IAA, Inc. is seeking a Remarketing Representative to join our team. This role will support our partner site at their location in Carrolton, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers a level of customer service in all areas of performance that not only meets contractual guidelines but also is in line with IAA Thematic Goal
  • Performs daily pre-sale reviews and works closely with the branches to ensure vehicle attributes are updated to maximize vehicle value and update floors to reflect trending values
  • Bid Approval negotiations with buyers to achieve highest return
  • Work on daily and weekly sales prep with branches and management
  • Providing, interpreting, and auditing various reports for customers as well as management
  • Monitor Inventory working with both sales and titles
  • Coordinating the resolution of customer inquiries and disputes with the branch and management team
  • Supports strategies to minimize net credit losses by maximization of dollars recovered from repossessed collateral.
  • Delivers continuously improving collateral sale return results by improving processes and increasing productivity.
  • Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs.
  • Communicates effectively and clearly on a daily, weekly, monthly basis with field teams and outside vendors to provide exceptional customer service regarding routine requests.
  • Performs data entry, system coding, inventory audits, reconciliations, etc. to ensure alignment with company performance expectations
  • Assist IAA Account Management and IAA Sales support as needed with projects, testing and roll out of new products.
  • Generate, maintain, and monitor Key Performance Indicator data (KPI) reporting for management
  • Other job-related duties and working on various projects as needed

Competencies:

  • A high school diploma is awesome, but equivalent work experience would be great too!
  • 1-2 years previous Administrative and/or Customer Service experience
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with customers
  • A phenomenal teammate, willing to assist your peers

  • Sound reasoning skills are required to determine the applicability of guidelines or policies to specific situations.
  • Some ingenuity and initiative required to collect information and resolve routine and/or factual problems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, 365, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) is a plus
  • Open to learning automobile titling as part of their development would be ideal!

 

Hourly rate of pay $17-23 dollars per hour
