EBlock Houston is seeking a meticulous and efficient Vehicle Registration Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial for the accurate entry and registration of vehicles into our computer system in preparation for our weekly auctions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle is properly logged, assigned a registration number, and prepared for sale, playing a key role in the smooth operation of our auction process.

EBlock Houston is seeking a meticulous and efficient Vehicle Registration Clerk to join our team. What you will do:
- Data Entry: Accurately input vehicle information into EBlock Houston’s computer system, ensuring each vehicle is registered for auction.
- Vehicle Assignment: Assign registration numbers to vehicles systematically, ensuring all vehicles are tracked and prepared for auction.
- Inventory Checks: Conduct regular vehicle inventories to verify the accuracy of the database and readiness of vehicles for sale.
- Documentation and Reporting: Report any noticeable damage on vehicles to maintain the quality of inventory and document all registration activities accurately.
- Operational Support: Work closely with the registration department to maintain an efficient flow of vehicles through the check-in process, ensuring timely preparation for auctions.
- Facility Upkeep: Assist in keeping the office and vehicle check-in areas clean and orderly, promoting a professional working environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to Vehicle Registration, employing effective solutions to resolve discrepancies.
- Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
What you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy; exceptional attention to detail; effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems and software used for Vehicle Registration and inventory management.
- Attributes: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team; professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills; capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
