Certification(s) Preferred:
Veeva Vault Platform System Admin (Associate/White Belt certified preferred), Vault Loader, Project Management, GAMP5/CSV/CSA Validation, MS Excel/PPT/Word/Teams, Smartsheets/MS Project, PLS process knowledge (Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, PV, Commercial).
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in producing quality deliverables, including:
  • Providing solution-oriented delivery to Veeva Vault customers in various domains;
  • Working experience with the Veeva Vault Platform, specifically configuration of workflows, object/data models, reporting/dashboards, metadata, and security; and,
  • Working experience on Integration design & development, migration design & execution, REST API, with IPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi).

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or proven record of success leading and driving projects with proven Project Management experience, as well as:
  • Working experience within the Veeva Vault Practice to deliver projects within the Pharmaceutical-Life Sciences domain (Quality, Commercial, Clinical, RIM, Safety);
  • Working experience with GxP validation experience preferred (validation master plan, URS/FRS, UAT Script writing, traceability matrix, validation summary reports);
  • Building relationships with clients;
  • Developing an awareness of Firm services;
  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
  • Delivering clear requests for information;
  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
  • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
