Veeva Interactive Visual Aids Specialist

Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:• Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva CLM development/deployment, leading teams, and managing client interaction.• Build/ Develop Veeva CLM via content provided from marketing teams in a Veeva CLM creation platform.• Partner with the internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.• Serve as the Project originator for routing completed Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process before handoff to the Marketing and Sales teams in a highly regulated environment.• Create/Maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.• Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the Veeva CLM content creation platform to the Veeva CLM product owner informing the enhancement roadmap.• Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.Key Client Leadership Competencies:• Positive "all for one” approach to team deliverables and priorities.• Builds strong relationships to enable higher performance.• Learns fast, grasps the "essence”, and can change course quickly where indicated.• Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo.• Creates a learning environment and is open to suggestions.• Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience• 5+ years' experience with Veeva CRM• 3-5 years' experience developing Veeva CLM• 3-5 years' experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets.• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.About Kyyba:Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, Kyyba has a global presence delivering high-quality resources and top-notch recruiting services, enabling businesses to effectively respond to organizational changes and technological advances.At Kyyba, the overall well-being of our employees and their families is important to us.
