Job Description:

• Must have a good understanding of the CRM data model.
• Experience in Veeva CRM & Vault.
• Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) min 3+ years.
• Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycles, Workflows, apex codes.
• Manage and have hands-on Experience in Integrations with CRM application.
• Hands-on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Application Administrative Experience.
• Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments, etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce.
• Veeva CRM Certified (optional).
