What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading 3D BIM coordination on construction projects for a trade contractor or GC
- Someone who is adept in critical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of and direct experience in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Primavera, and Navisworks
- Someone with a deep understanding of custom-built Revit families and their effect on 3D modeling workflows and planning deliveries
- Someone with proven, effective leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Someone with a comprehensive understanding of
- Planning department processes, workflows, and software
- Contract documents and 3D coordination
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications
- Someone willing to visit technical schools, colleges, universities, job sites on an as needed basis and occasionally attend off-site meetings and training events
