Ideal candidate(s) should have a minimum of three (3) years successful experience as a Varsity Baseball coach, at least five (5) years of successful experience as an assistant coach in college or high school, or the equivalent. Must have or be able to acquire annual CPR/First Aid Certification along with select NFHS and State of NH certifications, have a strong knowledge and commitment to following rules, expectations, policies and procedures, of the Sanborn Regional School District and the NHIAA.
Responsibilities include:

• Development and communication of a program-wide mission and vision
• Preparation and implementation of daily practice plans
• Supervision and coaching of student-athletes prior to, during, and after games
• Leading young adults through words and example
• Development of team culture
• Coordination of coaching staff, including JV, and Asst. Coaches
• Demonstration of sportsmanship and class
• Adherence to procedures and policies of the district and Athletic Department, the NHIAA, and NFHS rules
• Communication of clear expectations to staff, players, and the program as a whole
• Establishment of open and professional communications with parents, teachers, the athletic director, youth feeder coaches, and media.
• Coordination of off-season training, summer leagues, fitness activities, etc.
  Salary: According to the Sanborn Education Association Contract.
