CNC Machine Operator

 Job Responsibilities:

• Unload machine, and reload machine per instructions
• Deburr parts and measure dimensions accurately according to drawing
• Read and follow work instructions verbally and written
• Ability to make offsets, tool changes, and make tool touch-offs
• Responsible for machines and tooling
• Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the individual machine and work-station

CNC Setup Machinist

The candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience metal machining, fixture design, and setup (Education obtained through advanced technical training in a related field is required if < 5 years experience)
• Be proficient in Setup Machining 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC Turning, Milling Job
• Have 2+ years programming
• Have experience machining tight tolerance, high-value components.
• Have extensive experience with Okuma, Fanuc, and other CNC controls.
• Have the knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical data and interpret engineering drawings.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
• Be willing and able to perform other tasks as directed by Supervision/Management including but not limited to assisting non-production plant and administrative tasks.

CNC Programmer Machinist

The candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience metal machining, fixture design, and setup (Education obtained through advanced technical training in a related field is required if < 6 years experience)
• Be proficient in programming at least 3 axis CNC Turning, Milling
• Have 4+ years CAM programming (Fusion 360 preferred) and the ability to program and produce parts directly from drawings and models.
• Have experience machining tight tolerance, high-value components.
• Have extensive experience with Okuma, Fanuc, and other CNC controls.
• Have the knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical data and interpret engineering drawings.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
• Be willing and able to perform other tasks as directed by Supervision/Management including but not limited to assisting non-production plant and administrative tasks.

Experienced CNC Programmer Machinist

The candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience metal machining, fixture design, and setup (Education obtained through advanced technical training in a related field is required if < 10 years experience)
• Be proficient in programming for 4 and 5 axis CNC Turning, Milling
• Have 8+ years CAM programming (Fusion 360 preferred) and the ability to program and produce parts directly from drawings and models.
• Have experience machining tight tolerance, high-value components.
• Have extensive experience with Okuma, Fanuc, and other CNC controls.
• Have the knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical data and interpret engineering drawings.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
• Be willing and able to perform other tasks as directed by Supervision/Management including but not limited to assisting non-production plant and administrative tasks

Preference given to the following for all positions:

• Experience with nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, Hast-X and Inconel.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense products and materials.
• Outside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.)
• Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware.
• Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
