Varicent Developer/Configurator

Notes of the Role:

• Penske is migrating off their current, proprietary Sales Performance Software to Varicent (https://www.varicent.com/), the consultant they are looking for will be owning multiple phases of the project with minimum supervision.
• Deadline for full integration is EOY, this person will be on through the duration of the engagement and be involved in post go-live adjustments and modifications
• External vendor will doing a lot of the building, but need someone on the internal team at Penske to assist make configurations and modifications, requirements gathering, reviewing design, testing, etc.
• 100% remote, but will be asked to travel every so often to Reading (Penske HQ) for all-hands meetings with entire Workforce Tech team, Varicent, etc. Travel will be a couple days/overnights. All expenses paid by Penske.

Prior Experience Required:

• Looking for a candidate with a specialized Varicent configurator/developer skill set
• Example experience in designing multi-dependency components, building advanced calculations, and user input workflows & reports
• Need experience writing code in Varicent – Visual with SQL behind the scenes
• Additional valuable experience: experience working on a project that implemented Varicent from the ground up

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
