Van Driver

Title: Van Driver

Main Function: Responsible for safe, comfortable and timely transport of Complete Senior Care (CSC) participants between their residence, appointments and CSC facility.

$17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Drives van from individual homes or other places of residence to and from CSC, to include medical appointments.
• Assists participants to and from their residence, as well as in/out of the vehicle using proper techniques.
• Drives van in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Completes required vehicle inspections, daily/weekly safety checklists.
• Cleans van daily and ensures it has been adequately serviced and fueled.
• Reasoning ability - changing driving situations, judge appropriate speed given road conditions, awareness of passengers in van, understanding descriptive behaviors of passengers
• Must be able to recognize and respond to changing priorities.
