Looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a transforming industry?
We are seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager, who has potential and the drive to grow into future opportunities.This role will oversee all production operation activities in our Spartanburg facility.We are interviewing for high energy and passion, specifically around continuous improvement.You must have experience in lean manufacturing with the ability to lead cross-functional and technical teams toward increasing value for our customers and business.This role will report directly to the NA, Director of Operations.If this sounds like something you are interested in, let's connect!
In this role:
  • Leading Daily Management to influence winning/losing, analyzing trends, and bringing cross-functional teams together to solve problems and remove constraints,
  • Creating Standard Work Playbooks to Align Capacity to Customer Demand,
  • Developing the talent and the team to support current demand and as well as our ability to scale,
  • Drive positive employee engagement through ongoing development and managing of Cell/Area Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other associates
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to drive alignment and focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications:
On your first day, we'll expect that you'll have:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing Operations' Roles w/ evidence of increasing responsibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Other Relevant Fields of Study.
  • Master's Degree, such as an MBA, preferred.
  • Managed Exempt employees within an operations environment with proven experience in coaching and developing talent.
  • Proven track record of delivering results within a high-performance continuous improvement environment.
  • Demonstrated Kaizen leadership with working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
  • Experience as an Operations Leader with materials planning experience would be desirable.
  • Kanban experience preferred.
