- Bachelor's Degree Nursing or

- Master's Degree Nursing
Experience - Required:
- 2 years experience in an ambulatory setting and
- 2 years experience with documentation in an electronic medical record.
Experience - Preferred:
- 2 years experience working in clinical quality
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to complete data analysis.
- Demonstrates project management and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the problem solving process in the identification and resolution of issues.
- Excellent computer skills including interactive computer based systems and Microsoft office.
Licensure - Required:
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire
Licensure - Preferred:
- CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 2 Years
