General Summary
Responsible for writing validation and qualification protocols/reports. Coordinates the site equipment change-control program and works directly with customers during new product launches and product changes. This role may occasionally require performance at different Voyant facilities.
Essential Job Functions
Develops, and reviews validation/qualification protocols.
Prepares summary reports of the validation results and communicate to customers as required.
Ensures all validation protocols are completed and routed for approval.
Coordinates all validations activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ with appropriate personnel.
Conducts training about validation activities as required by operations.
Reviews and assesses impact of changes to validation and/or qualification status for manufacturing/cleaning processes and laboratory/production equipment using appropriate change control procedures.
Maintains and updates the Master Validation Plan as required.
Works directly with customers during new product launches and product changes.
Participates in New Product Review processes to remain abreast of pending changes within the specifications system.

Minimum Education Requirements
Two-year vocational degree required.
