Valet Parking Attendant – Florence, SC (Hope Health)

Park Inc has an immediate need for a Valet Parking Attendant in Florence, SC. This is a part-time position expected to receive from 8-12 hours each week. We are seeking a candidate who is available anytime Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm as needed as this position will not include a set schedule.

As a Valet Parking Attendant you will perform the following functions:

• Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s).
• Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.
• Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.
• Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations.
• Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.
• Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
