SalaryFor this role we are looking for someone to be a Valet Attendant and participate in the expansion of the business.
- The average week for you performing the Valet Attendant side of the job will be parking cars at the Ruths Chris steakhouse, in Biltmore village. You could come in at a time range from 3:30-7:00pm with the average shift being about 4 hours long. And working along side 1-3 other cool guys.
- You will need to know or learn how to drive pretty much every type of car on the road in a tight parking lot. This can range from old manual transmissions, to the most of modern electric cars. From the smallest sports and luxury cars to massive dully trucks.
- On the customer service side you must be able to communicate well with customers, making small talk and being calm and polite in every situation.
Regarding the participation in the expansion of the business side, you will being reaching out to local businesses and events to offer our our valet and transportation services. This comes with the opportunity to manage your own valet location if deemed competent in doing so. You may also be presented with other management roles for a percentage of the location profits.
... How does pay work?...
For the Valet Attendant work at the Ruths Chris Steakhouse it is a tip only position. With average hourly rate being $28 per hour. This can range from $12-$45 per hour depending on the day.
For the expansion and management roles you will receive a percentage share of the new locations profits each month. Along with the single time events being a flat rate.
