- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage or belongings, and answering any inquiries regarding parking procedures or local attractions.
- Traffic Coordination: Direct traffic flow within parking areas to ensure efficient vehicle movement and minimize congestion.
- Payment Processing: Collect parking fees accurately and efficiently, utilizing designated payment methods and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
- Vehicle Inspection: Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for damage prior to parking and report any issues to management.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep parking areas clean and orderly, including removal of debris, snow, or ice during inclement weather.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to traffic laws.
- Valet Stand Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet stands, including keeping supplies stocked and readily available.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to parking operations.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Valet Attendants and staff members to ensure smooth operation of parking services.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules, including working holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
