Valet Attendant

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring the security and integrity of each vehicle.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage or belongings, and answering any inquiries regarding parking procedures or local attractions.
• Traffic Coordination: Direct traffic flow within parking areas to ensure efficient vehicle movement and minimize congestion.
• Payment Processing: Collect parking fees accurately and efficiently, utilizing designated payment methods and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
• Vehicle Inspection: Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles for damage prior to parking and report any issues to management.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep parking areas clean and orderly, including removal of debris, snow, or ice during inclement weather.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to traffic laws.
• Valet Stand Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet stands, including keeping supplies stocked and readily available.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to parking operations.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Valet Attendants and staff members to ensure smooth operation of parking services.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules, including working holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, including wearing designated uniforms and name tags.
• Valet Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and care of valet equipment such as ticketing systems, radios, and key storage systems.
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills related to valet parking services.
• Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, including wearing designated uniforms and name tags.
• Punctuality: Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work, ensuring efficient operation of parking services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

License/Certification:
