Job Summary: Under immediate supervision of Transportation management, performs efficient and safe parking services to the guests of Odawa Casino Resort; and provides efficient response to guests as they arrive and depart the property by performing high impact activity to include running up and down inclined concrete surfaces in all weather conditions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests in a friendly, open manner as their first and last contact with the Odawa Casino Resort.
- Conducts oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members.
- Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
- Parks guest vehicles while promoting guest service and safety as a priority.
- Maintains the security of the patron's vehicle and its contents while in our possession, and reports issues or problems to a supervisor or Security Officer.
- Complies with company and department policies and procedures while practicing positive guest and Team Member relations.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested.
- Receives, stores, and distributes customers' vehicle keys with exceptional accuracy.
- Reconciles claim checks according to procedure.
- Communicates on two-way radio as necessary.
- Provides other transportation service, i.e. chauffeur, shuttle driver, etc., as necessary or instructed.
- Attends all meetings as required.
- Completes all required training satisfactorily.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Work at other properties as needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Michigan driver's license or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.
- Must obtain a Chauffeur's license prior to start date.
- Must have two (2) years' experience as a licensed driver.
- Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable through our insurance carrier.
- Must have a current, or be able to obtain a DOT medical card and keep it up to date.
- Must read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to work well and tactful with both internal and external guests and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to withstand a high level of high impact running, standing, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions while performing sustained high levels of physical activity including running and jogging.
- Must be able to work independently on a team with minimal supervision.
- Must adhere to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies.
- Must be flexible with shifts and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, special events, etc., as needed.
- You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
- Exposure to loud and continual noise levels and a smoke filled environment.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission, and be able to serve in the position under any other applicable law.
