Essential Functions List of significant/essential duties, tasks and/or responsibilities required of this position.
- Follow and understand all of the “Standard Operating Procedures.”
- Must have a valid California Milk pasteurizer’s license.
- Pasteurize milk and milk products as required by law.
- Must have a valid California samplers and weighers license.
- Sample and weigh products as required by law.
- Perform jobs on all shifts as requested by the production supervisor which may include: Sanitation, Receiving, Loadout, Dryer, (Niro, and Rogers Evaporator Operation), Avapac Operation, Powder Blending Operation, Bulk Filling Operation, Palletizing, Rework, or other jobs that may be created in the production department.
- Keep accurate and correct records.
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Take lunch break in the correct amount of time.
- Work in safe and sanitary manner.

- Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and neat work area.
- Must notify foreperson or supervisor in the event that standards are not being met.

- Complete all paperwork neatly and correctly.
- Responsible for keeping all floors, walls, machines, and pipes clean.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, such as but not limited to gloves, apron, goggles, safety glasses.
Experience
Preferred- Must be able to operate the equipment effectively after the appropriate break-in period.
- Simple math reasoning required.
- Basic computational skills required.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- One to three months of related experience.
