Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of the restaurant when GM is not present
- Delegate responsibilities to other team members
- P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, etc.
- Inventory
- Train, coach and discipline in accordance with company policies

Position Requirements
- 4 year's experience as a Assistant Manager in full-service dining and/or as a General Manager in a casual, fast food, or Quick Serve Restaurant
- Ability to articulate personal and team success stories
- No more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last nine years unless your restaurant was sold or closed
- Proven track record in increasing sales
- History of strong cost controls
- Passion for great customer service
- Energy for a high-volume restaurant
- Team-development focus
- Good business sense
