Are you an experiencedVac Truck Operatorinterested in working on projects that serve our nation’s infrastructure? We are now looking for a Vac Truck Operator to join our team based out of the Elgin, IL, area! This is a traveling position so if you are excited to join a stable and growing industry, and travel to various states in the US, this may be for you!
Vac truck operations experience is required along with a valid CDL A or B with tanker endorsement.
This position comes with a one time $1,500 milestone bonus paid in two parts during your first 12 months!

What You Will Do:
As a Vac Truck Operator, you are responsible for the safe and professional operation of a Vac Truck unit(s) to clean underground pipes, vaults and tanks using hydraulic jetter and vacuum equipment. You enjoy being physically active, traveling, and working outside in all seasons. You will perform pre and post-trip truck inspections and complete the cleaning of small and large diameter pipe, vaults and tanks to owners’ standards. You will complete required documentation and within the specified timelines. You will also perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs. You may oversee the work of fellow crew members.

- Are at least 21 years old with a clean MVR record
- Are willing to undergo a background/MVR check, a DOT physical and drug screen
- Have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL B or A with tanker endorsement), required
- Are willing to travel out of town/state for work approximately 75% of the time
- Have experience fully operating a jet truck - jetting and vacuuming sewer lines outside in all weather conditions, required
- Have strong technical skills and understanding (i.e., use of computer tablets, combo cleaning operations)
- Have strong interpersonal skills and like working as part of a team
- Will abide by all safety procedures and policies, including wearing required PPE for your safety
