Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UX Web Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a UX Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with design, development, and project management teams to create intuitive, user-friendly design and interface concepts that make SAP Concur global marketing web properties look great today, as well as helping to create what’s next for our online presence. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career to contribute to all stages of the design process, from concept to production.

You will:

Work with the designers, developers, content creators, project managers, and stakeholders
Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Create multiple iterations of each design as needed for exploratory & research purposes.
Produce multiple layouts of each final design to accommodate responsive/adaptive site needs.
Utilize and help maintain a library of design patterns in our web design system.
Work closely with web developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Help push the boundaries of the SAP brand to evolve our website visual design and user experience.

You will have:

Degree in design, HCI or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience
Strong online portfolio showcasing visual web, UX, and UI work.
Experience with responsive and mobile web design
Proficiency working with industry standard design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Experience working with stakeholders to ideate and develop assets for web pages.
Experience with creating redlines and communicating them to developers.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Ability to take design critique and use it effectively to improve designs.
Understanding of current digital design trends and technologies
Experience designing motion graphics (as applies to interaction) is a plus

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 94,300 - 200, 200 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
