We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a UX Designer- to join our client
Position Title:UX Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC 100% Must be Onsite Post Covid
Duration: 6 months with a strong possibility of Extension
Our UX team supports marketing efforts and operates as an internal agency. On this team, you will combine creative concepts and design with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative site designs, marketing assets, presentations, and print promotions. This individual should have a bold vision for excellence in digital marketing. This individual will work closely with web usability, content management, technology, analytics, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction that performs at a high success rate. They should be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and make quick creative changes and pitch ideas based on feedback from the project teams.
Must have agency/marketing background - fast pace, Adobe Creative Suite - AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Design experience (not migration), Collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ideate, design, and execute digital assets for marketing projects
- Work closely with content strategists, product owners, analytics, and the accessibility team to develop designs that address business objectives
- Execute a strong vision for excellence in web design and work closely with web usability, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions
- Execute competency in responsive and adaptive strategies for multi-form factor web design
- Adherence to design standards and brand guidelines
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience at an agency, retail or financial services institution or large e-commerce site
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of the Sketch App
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
- Excellent understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding
- Must be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be solution-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions
Mandatory Skills Qualifications
- 10+ years experience as an Information Architect or UX Designer at an agency, retail or financial services institution
- 2 years experience designing customer care interfaces
- 1+ year Salesforce / Salesforce Lightning experience
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Axure, and InVision preferred Experience in e-commerce, media, or start-up environment with short interval release cycles is a plus
- Best-practices knowledge of WC3 and other web design standards
- Excellent understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles and best practices, web accessibility, and corporate branding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions Education & Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum: 10+ years experience in interaction design, information architecture, web design, usability, or related field.
- Technical Capabilities & Department Specific Accountabilities Identify, recommend, implement, and support innovative, accessible, cost-effective design solutions for our financial client web properties.
- Partner across the team and organization to lend design support usability, content management, marketing, presentation architecture, web application development, and vendor-managed solutions.
- Experience in e-commerce, media, or start-up environment with tight release cycles.
- Best-practices knowledge of WC3 and other web design standards.
- Excellent understanding of usability/user-centered design, email marketing standards, interactive design principles, and online branding issues.
