UX Design Instructor (Part-Time, Full-Time) - NYC

Noble Desktop is a technology training company based in New York City.

We are searching for instructors to teach classes for adult learners in UX & UI Design as part of our career-centered certificate programs.

We are primarily looking for a part-time instructor; however, we would consider the right candidate for a full-time position.

All classes are hybrid, with some learners in-person (in NYC) and others online (via Zoom).

Qualifications

You should have proficiency in all of the following, as well as the ability to teach it to people without prior experience in the platforms or topics:

• UX design concepts and principles, including but not limited to: user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, case studies, creating briefs, portfolio development, and the UX design industry
• Figma

Great to have but not required:

• UI design concepts and principles, including but not limited to: color, typography, fonts, and the elements of effective designs

You should also:

• Have experience using Zoom and other online meeting platforms
• Have experience teaching diverse groups in a classroom setting
• Be available to teach weekdays 10AM – 5PM at our midtown NYC facility (there may be an opportunity for evening classes 6PM – 9PM as well)
