Essential Job Duties:As a Supply/Inventory Specialist, the person is responsible for the following:
- Administrative
- Ordering all manufacturing supplies
- Ordering all office supplies
- Filing
- Accounting
- Placing orders for all supplies and consumables
- Upload invoices associated with purchase orders
- Upload invoices associated with online orders
- Receive all orders and documents per facility SOP
- Manage inventory/supply chain
- Relaying information from vendors about payment issues to accounting
- Requesting invoices
- Supports GMP team with ordering items related to manufacturing, quality control and facilities.
- Maintain internal purchase order list.
- Confirm goods receipt or services completed and upload invoices to RASR.
- Building Maintenance
- Assist the facilities manager on property and building maintenance-related issues
