Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central with rotating holidays and weekends
Travel: Periodic travel to Humana Oklahoma City office for meetings and training

The Physical Therapist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
- The Physical Therapist 2 will review authorization requests received from providers or a customer service queue and gather information, review, approve or collaborate with a Medical Director for additional clinical review as appropriate.
- Educates providers on utilization and medical management processes.
- Enters and maintains pertinent clinical information in the medical management systems.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and to making accommodate available to provide services to a diverse population.

Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma license to practice physical therapy; maintains licensure requirements
- One year of appropriate experience as a physical therapist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and to making accommodation available to provide services to a diverse population
- Strong customer services skills

- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
