Utility/Farm Worker

We're hiring a skilled and versatile Agricultural Equipment Operator to join our team! If you're passionate about agriculture, possess a strong work ethic, and have experience with a variety of equipment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate various agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, semis, augers, planters, seeders, and more.
• Operate a grain cart efficiently during harvest.
• Handle tasks such as running a skid loader with multiple attachments, installing Redneck deer blinds, setting up trail cameras, weed eating, and chemical spraying.
• Assist in picking up sticks, washing equipment, and performing detailed equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to drive and operate a wide range of agricultural equipment.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with grain carts, tractors, combines, semis, and other farm machinery.
• Proficient in using a skid loader with various attachments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on equipment maintenance.
• Flexibility to perform diverse tasks in a dynamic agricultural setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability and strength to walk, stand, stoop, squat, bend, climb, and lift frequently during a workday

Must have the ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds

Be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum high school/GED education and prefer three years of experience in construction industry and customer service.

Excellent mechanical aptitude.

Ability to operate trucks, agricultural, construction, and consumer equipment.

Must be flexible and highly organized.

Must be honest, respectful and trustworthy and demonstrate sound work ethics.

Valid driver’s license; prefer Forklift certification.

Willingness to learn.

Must be active listener and exercise sound judgement.

Must have the ability to follow instructions.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Exhibit a cheerful presence and teamwork skills.

Accurate and detail oriented.

Must be able to pass criminal background check at time of hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
