Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrives to work in full dress guidelines, looking professional
- Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Operates dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
- Removes all garbage including bags, cardboard boxes and misc. trash
- Sweeps and scrubs the floor
- Maintains and clean and organized kitchen and dish area
- Other duties as directed by Executive or Sous Chef
- May assist in the unloading of delivery trucks
- Follow safety and sanitation policy at all times
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Must be able to work independently
