Job Summary: This position is responsible for the preparation and cleanup of the construction equipment and the grounds. You will have the chance to work cross-functionally throughout the location, you are a true team player!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of fleet (including but not limited to: pick-up trucks, attachments, trailers, equipment, and more.)
- Using a pressure washer and various cleaning tools/agents - you will be responsible for cleaning both the exterior and interior of vehicles and equipment as directed.
- Maintenance and upkeep of organization and appearance of ground, shop, and yard as directed.
- to include but not limited to routine cleanup, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc.
- Keep the wash bay area clean and neat.
- Receive equipment and supplies while ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the appropriate person or department.
- Visually inspect rental equipment to ensure it is in good and safe working order.
- Assisting with loading and unloading of equipment and additional yard responsibilities as requested.
- Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company, state and federal traffic rules and regulations if required.
- Ensure a safe work environment for customers and coworkers by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
