This is a Full Time Non-Exempt position with an hourly pay range of $32.42-$40.28. This position will work at 1900 2nd Ave N, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461. This position is part of the Public Employees Union (PEU).

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The main focus for this position will be on data analysis, coordination, scheduling and tracking of assigned work within the Utility Services group. This position will be responsible for coordinating with Customer Service, Meter Operations, Conservation Management and Materials Management personnel. The incumbent will be responsible for prioritizing, assigning and maintaining incoming data requests and energy audits.
ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Coordinate all projects and programs pertaining to the Conservation Management Department. This will include rebates, Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP), energy audits, weekly reports, work orders, high bill investigations and all future projects and programs.
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and properly executed.
- Complete data requests via spreadsheets, compiling information from various sources such as NaviLine, Tantalus and Cognos reporting
- Continuously evaluate best practices in the industry as it relates to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) data analysis, Energy Conservation Management Programs and Materials Management / Inventory Reporting
- Assist other classifications with their assigned work, as necessary
- All other duties as assigned by supervision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- General knowledge of Energy Conservation techniques, Materials Management functions and electrical knowledge and terminology
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel, both verbally and in writing
- Physically able to negotiate inclines and stairs, as well as the ability to lift equipment weighing fifty
(50) pounds
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation from a high school or possession of a GED
- Must possess a State of Florida drivers license
- At least three (3) years relevant experience in Energy Conservation, Data Analytics and/or Meter Operations
