Utility ROW Planner/Forrester

Mint City Utility Services is in search of the right team members to help in our vegetation management program partnering with local utility providers.

Essential Functions:

• Understanding of tree species and growth rates
• Basic understanding of line clearance work/tree work fundamentals
• Stay organized and create maps outlining locations and quantity of work
• Obtain permissions and communicate with landowners
• Interact with public and represent self and company professionally
• Able to mark identified work
• Basic proficiency with general office computer software (Google/Microsoft suites)
• Ability to work independently at times and keep up with planning speed as needed
• Ability to think through complex work set up situations/problem solving

Minimum Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass an MVR check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to enter and exit vehicle continually throughout the day
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to walk long distances and navigate rough terrain
