Utility Pipe Labor

Jymco Construction Company looking for a Pipe Labor willing to work hard and learn to move up in different positions within the company. We do work installing water, sewer and RCP pipe underground.

Job description:

• Assist pipe layer getting pipe on grade at times and work the hill hooking up pipe ready for installation.
• work with Foreman to understand daily task at hand.
• Take action to avoid potential hazards and obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, and falling objects.
• Locate underground services, such as pipes and wires, prior to beginning work.
• Have some experience operating skid steer and wheel loader.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• responsible for greasing equipment and notify supervisor of any issues with machine
• Unload tools when arriving to job, ( shovels, pump set up, generator etc..)
• Willing to work hard and get muddy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Pipe Layer: 3 years (Required)
• Excavator: 1 year (Required)
• Hill Man: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
