DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items which may include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical, plumbing, fabrication, construction, etc. throughout the facility.
Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems.
Responds to maintenance requests, in-house calls and facilitates all repairs.
Monitors own work load and advises supervisor of work overload.
Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities shop and assigned areas.
Prepares daily work forms.
Assists other departments when needed
Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls.
Adheres to company, departmental and safety policies and procedures and Cal-OSHA regulations.
Maintains superior communication via email and pass downs to entire department.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must have at least one year of experience in construction or maintenance.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
