Underground Utility Locating Training Manager

Peak Utility Locators is a leading provider of underground Utility Locating services, serving clients across the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. We are looking for a Training Manager who can oversee and improve our training programs for new and existing employees.
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and updating training curricula, materials, and methods for various underground Utility Locating techniques and equipment
- Conducting and supervising training sessions, both in-class and on-site, for new hires and current staff
- Evaluating and assessing the performance and progress of trainees and trainers
- Providing feedback and coaching to trainees and trainers
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations
- Coordinating with other managers and departments to identify and address training needs and gaps
- Managing the training budget and resources
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in underground Utility Locating, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position
- A certification or license in underground Utility Locating from a recognized authority
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- A willingness to travel and work in various locations and conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
