Job Title: Lead Utility Foreman/Superintendent

Overview:
Join our team as a Lead Utility Foreman/Superintendent, where you'll oversee and coordinate utility construction projects. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise utility construction crews, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute construction activities effectively.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation, trenching, installation, and maintenance of utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Manage equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory to support project needs.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead Utility Foreman or superintendent in the construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of utility construction processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
