Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- 6am - 6pm rotating shift
- Assist in locating stock/loads for upcoming jobs to run on the cutters
- Ensure all loads going on the cutters are properly aerated and ready to run
- Must be able to read and understand the Die Cutting schedule to ensure jobs are properly prepped
- Assist in pulling waste loads from the cutters
- Assist in bringing tooling to the cutters
- Assist in tagging and pulling finished loads from the cutters
- Assist in covering breaks for the Operators
- Ensure information is communicated between shifts
- Ensure Company Safety, Quality and Production standards are met
- Occasional bending, reaching, twisting and stooping
- Occasional squatting and kneeling
- Assist in all other duties as assigned to ensure the cutters continue to run
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds), bending and turning
