Utilities Pipe Foreman

DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a Utilities Pipe Foreman for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. 

This position offers PTO, Medical, Dental and Vision! 

Compensation is between $78K - $93K

Requirements:

• To qualify for this role, you will need…
  • Experience running/leading crews to lay underground water, sewer, or storm utilities
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, material types and specifications, and proper installation procedures for various types of pipe (push joint, mechanical joint, restraint joints, TR flex and flanged)
  • Knowledge of proper trenching and shoring techniques, soil types, and dewatering strategies, as well as optimum moisture, density, and compaction requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints including pipe restraint joint charts
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators and front-end loaders
  • A positive attitude
• Ideally you have…
  • 5+ years of experience laying underground water, sewer, or storm utilities.
• Normal hours are M-F, 7am – 3:30pm
  • Hours can extend depending on production/planning needs.
• Some Saturdays as necessary. Closed on Sundays.
